I like books that end sad and gloomy. A lot of books I know of end happily ever after. But that gets boring and I hate it when you know what is going to happen in the end. Take Fairy Tale books for a example (not The Twilight Saga) they always start out bad then end in happily ever after. Then lets take Freak The Mighty for another example. It started out really good then at the end Freak dies. I think that Freak The Mighty was a good book because of its ending. Why do I think this ? I like books that end in a bad way. When Freak died it left me thinking and I wanted to find out more but I could not because there was not another book so I had to think about was going to happen next.

I feel the same way I do not like happy ever after. Sometimes it gets boring. The twilight books start out sad and they really do end out happy. That is a different story.It is not boring, and when you start to read the books you would never think that it ends like that.
